At EX NIHILO, we strive for complete satisfaction with your fragrance experience; however, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized creations and discovery sets are final sale to maintain the integrity of our artisanal formulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully place the item in its original box, ensuring the cellophane seal is intact, and include the printed Return Authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our Parisian atelier, our team will inspect the product and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
